Say “aloha” to The Wrench! Our classic Hawaiian shirt has returned after two years of development. This iteration features our prized waffle knit double gauze fabric with a timeless bandana print. The breathability and moisture wicking properties of this 100% cotton fabric are perfect for the midsummer heat. We made the inside layer from the same soft gauze fabric used on Kato Brand’s flagship, “The Ripper” Double Gauze Shirt. The outer layer is a lightweight, textured waffle knit that looks as soft as it feels. The more you wash and wear the shirt, the softer it gets. This will be a shirt you will not want to take off all summer.

Great shirt! Unique fabric…

It took me a minute to get used to the double cloth used here, but now I really like it. Kind of like a built in thin T shirt that gives a bit of heft. I’ve gotten great comments on the shirt (blue bandana print) every time I’ve worn it. Looks particularly nice with worn / faded denim & Birkenstocks.

Another unique piece from Kato

Another unique piece from Kato. The shirt is slightly thicker than most short sleeve button ups from other brands but it still keeps cool in the heat. The colors also really pop and the pattern is very cool. Can't wait to wear it all summer.
