Gift Card Policy
The KATO’ eGift Cards is redeemable only at online store. The purchase of merchandise and online store with the following restrictions:
- eGift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
- eGift Cards is not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Cannot be applied as payment toward credit or credit card accounts. Any portion of the original transaction paid with the eGift card is refunded as a e-gift card.
KATO’ eGift Cards expire in 24 months after purchase. If, however, eGift Card is escheated to the State pursuant to State law, then see our notice to Holders of eGift Cards Issued Prior to October 25th 2018.
Orders for KATO’ eGift Cards may be subject to additional verification before fulfillment. KATO’ eGift Cards will be e-mailed to customers.
Acceptance of Terms
Your purchase, use or acceptance of the eGift Card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated here. Promotions. Kato’ eGift Cards may purchased using promotional offers or discounts. Coupons and discounts will be applied to eGift Card purchases.
Not for promotional use
KATO’ eGift Cards may be used as personal or business gifts, but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities (including without limitation via websites, Internet advertisements, email, telemarketing, direct mail, newspaper and magazine advertisements, and radio and television broadcasts) unless you obtain KATO’ prior written approval.

Except as stated elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions, the use of KATO’ name, logo, (including any image/likeness of the cards) or trademarks (or those of any of its subsidiaries or affiliates) in connection with the purchase or use of KATO’ eGift Cards is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the use of KATO’ eGift Cards in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with, KATO’ or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates is prohibited.
Failed Delivery of eGift Cards
The recipient may not receive an eGift Card for several reasons, including an invalid e-mail address, the recipient has a firewall or spam filter that blocked the e-mail, or the recipient's e-mail inbox is full and cannot accept additional e-mails. If you need further assistance or if you have not received your eGift Card, please contact Customer Service at (310) 261-0567. KATO’ is not responsible for eGift Cards that are undeliverable or not received because the purchaser failed to give a correct e-mail address for the recipient.
KATO’ reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for additional review any eGift Cards or purchases online in the event of suspected fraud, mistakenly issued eGift Cards that are issued with the incorrect dollar amount, or for other violations of these Terms and Conditions.
