Description

Our premium denim is inspired by the classic vintage blue jean. Our Premium Japanese 4-Way Stretch Selvedge denim story starts in Japan where our fabric is developed at one of the oldest denim mills. We blend a unique 4 way stretch material with selvedge denim to create a specific amount of stretch and comfort you wouldn’t typically get with selvedge denim. This 360 degree of stretch gives the wearer comfort from every angle no matter what they are doing.

We make this ivory colored denim by taking our beige denim and washing it down to soften and lighten the fabric. This denim is a great replacement for a pair of chinos. Available in The Pen Slim and The Hammer Straight.

Shrinkage

Raw denim has up to 2% shrinkage while it would be 1% for washed denim after wash but they will also stretch out again by being worn over time.

my favorite new jeans

This is my second pair after searching high and low for the right combination of fit and feel. I will certainly be adding more. My first pair was unwashed and this second pair, washed. The unwashed has softened up nicely and really not sure which I like better. I am 6'3" and 215 lbs - the 34" waist fit me perfect. Depending on the mfgr, I am a 33/34.

Tested and True

This is my second 10.5 oz Pen Slim. Had the dusty black "Cole" color and picked up the "Chuck" to have something that looks lighter to wear in the summer months. The Chuck color is even better in person, definitely not white but not quite as tan/khaki in the picture. Color works with everything and easy to dress up or dress down. Love the 10.5 oz weight, moves with you. I would buy a third color in this cut and weight.
