Our premium denim is inspired by the classic vintage blue jean. Our Premium Japanese 4-Way Stretch Selvedge denim story starts in Japan where our fabric is developed at one of the oldest denim mills. We blend a unique 4 way stretch material with selvedge denim to create a specific amount of stretch and comfort you wouldn’t typically get with selvedge denim. This 360 degree of stretch gives the wearer comfort from every angle no matter what they are doing.

Using a sulfur dye, we are able to create colored denim that fades just like classic blue jeans. Our lightweight 10.5oz denim 4-Way Stretch Selvedge has all of the qualities of top shelf Japanese selvedge while offering a level of comfort and range of motion not possible in a 100% cotton jean.

Copper and Brown are available in “The Pen” Slim Fit and “The Scissors” Slim Tapered Fit. Dark Olive is available in “The Hammer” Straight Fit.

Fantastic fabric - Hiroshi Kato, please add it the to entire lineup!

The quality was fantastic and the color is beautiful - the color is the reason I bought, the quality was the cherry on top.

I typically wear 34x32 (WxL) for all of my jeans, but I also wear "athletic" taper jeans with a wide thigh through knee. These are intentional not that style, therefore were a bit too tight on my thighs. As a result, I am returning. But by no means due to me being unhappy or dissatisfied. I wanted to see if the "slim" version would fit, simply because the fabric looked so great, and it just didn't work out.

That being said, if Hiroshi KAto brings brown raw 10.5 selvedge to the other two pairs, scissors and hammers, I would instantly purchase.
