Description

Our premium denim is inspired by the classic vintage blue jean. Our Premium Japanese 4-Way Stretch Selvedge denim story starts in Japan where our fabric is developed at one of the oldest denim mills. We blend a unique 4 way stretch material with selvedge denim to create a specific amount of stretch and comfort you wouldn’t typically get with selvedge denim. This 360 degree of stretch gives the wearer comfort from every angle no matter what they are doing.

Our 4-Way Stretch selvedge fabric is weaved using vintage shuttle looms. Rolls of denim fabric are then brought into our workshop in Los Angeles where each pair goes through a 60 to 90 day process of cut, sew, washing and testing. With 4 fits available in multiple weights (see fit guide) and washes, the style options are endless.

Bags Out - Be Warned!

On first wear, these in 34s fit perfectly. Tapered is my preferred fit as a guy with big legs. It after just a few more wears, these bagged out considerably, so much so my wife called these my ‘diaper butt’ pants. I I contacted support but none of their suggestions- a hot wash, hot dry- made a big difference, as it would shrink down for a single wear and then stretch out again. And they said it was all within their normal parameters. I would return if I could. Definitely size down if you are thinking about buying.

Comfy

I own 5 pairs of the Pen Slim 14oz. These don’t fit the same. Don’t get me wrong they are comfortable as hell but I don’t like the fit. The front pockets seem smaller and the pant legs feel more of a straight cut than a slim cut. I’ll keep them and enjoy them. They just didn’t fit as expected.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that the Demon with a 10.5oz fabric did not fit as you expected. Although 14oz fabric tends to be 'tighter' due to its thicker material in comparison to 10.5oz, both 10.5oz and 14oz should not have a noticeably different fit as long as they are the same style and size.

At this moment, we have not received any other complaints specifically about size discrepancies with the Demon model, but we will re-review the style to determine if there is an issue.
