The Monday Through Sunday Shirt 2.0

Say hello to the newest member of the Double Gauze family. We set out to push the limits of softness and add a level of texture rarely seen in a double gauze fabric. The inside layer is made from the same gauze fabric used on Kato Brand’s flagship, “The Ripper” Double Gauze Shirt. The outer layer is a lightweight, textured waffle fabric that looks as soft as it feels. Kato’s Waffle Double Gauze Shirt is made from 100% cotton and has been garment dyed, so it will eventually fade and age beautifully, revealing even more character. The more you wash and wear the shirt, the softer it gets. This light, breathable shirt is the most comfortable button-up you have ever worn.

So comfortable!

This is my third Kato shirt. I do like this shirt a lot - especially the color, which is pretty unique and matches well with just about anything. This shirt is extremely comfortable. So comfortable that I sometimes even sleep in it. I do, however, like the double gauze "non-waffle" version of the shirt - it's a tad more comfortable on the skin and lays nicer and wrinkles less than this waffle version. Don't get me wrong, it's an amazing shirt.

The waffle knit looks so cool and feels amazing on this shirt. The neutral color pairs with anything. The fabric is light and has been great for hot summer days. Another great shirt from Kato.
