Shipping Policy

Free ground shipping to continental United States. Expedite options are available at the checkout. We are also available for international customers. There are additional fees for International orders at the checkout.

Domestic packages within continental US are shipped via UPS or USPS. Complimentary shipping does not apply to international, Puerto Rico, P.O. Box, or Hawaii and Alaska addresses. 

Orders which are placed before 2:30pm PST will be picked up by shipping carriers on the same day. Orders which are placed after 2:30pm PST will be fulfilled on the next business day.

Please be aware that for expedited shipping options, orders will be processed by the shipping carrier on the day following the order's fulfillment date. Note that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are excluded from transit time calculations. Additionally, if you opt for the hemming service, please understand that we cannot fulfill the order until the hemming is completed, even if you select expedited shipping.

We do not fulfill orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. The following holidays are observed

If you refuse delivery of any order placed on kato-brand.com , the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but a shipping charge will be deducted.

FOR DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes are for one-time use. If you use a discount code for a purchase on kato-brand.com, and the order is returned for a refund, the discount code can't be used again. Discount codes can only be redeemed at the time you place an order.


Lost Items

If the final status of your tracking number is Undelivered and the shipping carrier is unable to locate your package after their investigation, we will replace the item if it is in stock. If it is out of stock, we will issue a refund back to the original form of payment.

If your tracking number indicates "delivered," but you haven't received your order, our course of action is to file a claim with the shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or send a replacement until the investigation is complete, which may take approximately a month. If you haven't received your order, please contact us and provide your shipping address.
