We took the Natural Cotton 14oz denim and garment dyed the jeans to give a nice even tonal khaki color to these 5 pocket pants. A great replacement for chinos at the office. Constructed with a button fly and a white leather patch.

Love the color on these jeans. I don’t care for khaki’s, so this is a perfect alternative for me. Hammer cut is my favorite. I currently have 4 pair in different washes.

Nothing compares to Kato!

I've been buying Hiroshi Kato jeans and shirts for many years now. I first discovered Kato in LA at American Rag at least a decade ago. I love the Hammer fit. It's comfortable and has a very flattering tailored look without being baggy. Given that this 14oz khaki denim is 100% cotton, I was expecting these jeans to be a bit stiff and require some breaking in. Not so! The denim is quite supple and doesn't feel heavy at all. The color is great. Khaki but not TOO khaki. They look equally great with a nice dress shirt and belt as they do with a simple t-shirt. And now I'm off to order the Hammer in the Old Blue Raw Selvedge...

The 14oz hammer is my favorite weight and style. I own all three now—Raw Indigo, Julian, and now this here Natural Slub Khaki. Exceeds expectations. Would love to see additional dyes and washes in this line up.
